Q:What kind of guarantee you give?
A: Blimp Balloons, Advertising Balloons, Shape Balloons and Hot Air Balloon can be guaranteed half a year. Multicolor Balloons, Ground Balloons and Rubber Balloons can be guaranteed 2 years. If it is damaged, you can use the glue and material to repair it. Because the distance is too far to ship the goods back, we will send a kit bag attached every inflatable product.
Q: Mini order quantity?
A: Mini order quantity of Blimp Balloons, Advertising Balloons, Shape Balloons and Rubber Balloons is 10 piece.
Mini order quantity of Multicolor Balloons, Ground Balloons and Hot Air Balloons is 1 piece.
Q:How do I order?

a. Choose the number of the products on our webpage your are interested in;
b. Click on "Order online", fill in the customer info and submit;
c. We will sign an "Order Conformation", send you a scanned original copy by e-mail.
2. Order by Fax.

c. We will sign and send back to you for confirmation.
3. For special design, please email to us for price and order information without hesitation.

Q:How do you start the order?
A: We will arrange your order after receiving the down payment, which is 50% of total payment. When the goods have been finished, we will email you the digital photos for your confirmation. We will send the goods to you after receiving the balance payment.
If the order is urgent, you’d better pay 100% in advance.
Q: Producing time?
A:Our regular producing time for 10 pieces Balloon is 10days, and for 1 piece is 8 days, excluding air transit time, from the date of confirmation. However, the time can be more or less depending on the design and the dimensions.
Q:Shipping?
A:The goods can be delivered by air or by sea. The approximate transit time by air is 5 business days maximum and by sea 15-30 days. The shipping costs may be about USD200.00 for 1pcs of games, bouncer, slider or climbing. If you order more, the shipping cost for 1pcs will be lower than USD200.00. Air charges are different for different country.
